Return Items Online
To return items purchased online, log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to print your prepaid return label. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and drop off at any authorized shipping location. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Free shipping applies to standard ground service within the continental United States only.
Return Order To Store
Prefer to return in person? Bring your item along with your order confirmation or receipt to any of our retail locations. Our staff will process your return immediately and issue a refund to your original payment method. Store returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
Get A Price Adjustment
Found a lower price? We offer price adjustments within 14 days of your purchase. Simply contact our customer service team with proof of the lower price from an authorized retailer. We’ll review your request and credit the difference back to your original payment method. Price matching applies to identical items and excludes clearance, outlet, and marketplace sellers.
